Pittsburgh Airport Marriott – Hotel near airport in Robinson Township (Allegheny County)

The hotel is a mixed bag, with very clean rooms but in serious need of remodeling. The service was a hit or miss situation, with polite gestures mixed with snarkiness. Although the location was convenient, it lacked charm with few amenities nearby. The dining options were overpriced for the quality. The facilities were basic but functional.

The lobby was impressive, but the room decor didn't quite match it, which made me wonder if they're planning to renovate soon. The indoor pool was a great feature for year-round swimming, but unfortunately, the rooms were quite outdated and not as clean as expected. I found rotten bananas and a strange smell lingering in the elevator, and the overpriced food was a letdown.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Robinson Town Centre for easy access to shopping and dining. The rooms lacked basic amenities like microwaves and mini-fridges, and the dated bathroom had issues like a moldy smell and a stuck door. The service had some friendly staff, but there were instances of neglecting guests' needs. Despite its proximity to the airport, the lack of nearby convenience stores or gas stations can be inconvenient. Overall, the facilities were decent, but improvements could be made in certain areas.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable, although it seemed like they could use some inspection before guests arrive. The service was very attentive and helpful, especially Kyra who was in training. The location was exceptionally pretty and convenient for airport access and shopping, although lacking nearby convenience stores. The dining was good, although a bit expensive for what was offered. Overall, a nice stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I stayed in at the concierge level was utterly disgusting with dirty carpets, unidentifiable crud on the desk, and rain dripping on the pillow. However, the service at this big hotel around 1 pm was helpful and friendly. The location was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately, the dining experience was just okay.
